At your first appointment you will be asked to complete a patient information form and sign a privacy policy.

X-Rays & Scans

Please BRING ALL OF YOUR X-RAYS AND SCANS WITH YOU TO THE APPOINTMENT. These may be hard copy films or digital copies on a CD. If you were not given a CD copy of your digital images or if you have not had any x-rays or scans prior to your appointment, please let us know prior to your appointment.

Parking

Linacre Private Hospital
Limited off street parking is available, but 2 and 4 hour parking is usually readily available on Linacre Road. On street parking is available on Hampton Street. See the attached map.

Cabrini Hospital, Malvern
Off street parking is available in the visitors section of the hospital carpark, accessed from Wattletree Road; a fee is payable. On street parking is also available in Isabella Street. The Isabella Street entrance to the hospital offers the easiest access to Suite 54. See the attached map.
